Live and Work in the United States Permanently
An EB-3 visa leads to a Green Card for you, your spouse, and your children under 21. It is permanent residency — no renewals, no expiration date on your right to stay. Most EB-3 roles we place do not require a college degree.
There are two ways in: a U.S. employer sponsors you, or you fund your own case and skip the wait to be matched. The outcome is identical. The difference is who pays and when you can start.
Trucking
Employer- Sponsored
CDL drivers sponsored for a Green Card by a U.S. carrier. Permanent residency, not a temporary work permit. The carrier sponsors your petition and you join their fleet on arrival.
Best for: Licensed CDL drivers with verifiable experience
Requires: CDL and driving history. No college degree.
Workforce
Employer- Sponsored
General and skilled labor sponsored for a Green Card across construction, manufacturing, food production, warehousing, and hospitality. A U.S. employer files your petition; you and your family receive permanent residency.
Best for: Workers ready to relocate permanently
Requires: No degree needed for most roles
Live Your Dream
Self- Funded
The opportunity to obtain a U.S. Green Card for you and your family. You begin the moment you are financially ready. Be clear on what that means: self-funded means you cover the cost of your case, and once filed, processing times are set by U.S. government agencies — not by us, and not by you.
Best for: Workers ready to invest in their own case.
Requires: No degree needed for most roles.
Work a U.S. Season, Then Return Home
Legal seasonal work with U.S. employers in hospitality, landscaping, seafood processing, and construction. Your employer sponsors the visa, you work a defined season of up to 12 months, and you return home. Many workers are invited back year after year by the same employer.
This is not a path to a Green Card, and it is not meant to be. It is the right choice if you want to earn in the United States without relocating your life.
Professional Work for Mexican and Canadian Citizens
The TN visa is open only to citizens of Mexico and Canada working in qualifying professions — engineers, accountants, scientists, hotel managers, nurses, and other credentialed roles. It is renewable in three-year terms for as long as you continue to qualify, and it is one of the quicker routes to legal U.S. work.
TN does not lead directly to a Green Card. If permanent residency is your goal, EB-3 is the path — and a TN visa does not prevent you from pursuing one later.

Trucking and Workforce lead to a Green Card through an employer-sponsored EB-3 visa. Live Your Dream is the same EB-3 Green Card, self-funded — you begin when you are financially ready rather than waiting for an employer match. H-2B is temporary and seasonal: you work a season and return home. TN is a renewable professional visa for citizens of Mexico and Canada.

How long does it actually take?
H-2B and TN cases typically take 3–6 months. EB-3 Green Card cases typically take 2–3 years, and that range moves with U.S. government backlogs and visa bulletin priority dates. We will give you an honest estimate for your specific situation, and we will tell you when it changes. What we will never do is promise a date the government has not given us.
