E-B3 VISA - GREEN CARD

Live and Work in the United States Permanently

EB-3 is an employment-based immigrant visa category that can lead to lawful permanent residence for a qualifying worker. An eligible spouse and eligible unmarried children under 21 may also qualify for derivative permanent residence.

Lawful permanent resident status can continue indefinitely when properly maintained under U.S. immigration law, although most physical Green Cards must be renewed periodically. Many EB-3 positions do not require a college degree.

Visa Solutions offers different participation models. Trucking and Workforce are employer-sponsored placement programs. Live Your Dream uses a candidate-funded participation model for certain disclosed program and applicant-side costs.

Cost responsibilities are governed by U.S. law and the applicable agreements. Costs that U.S. law requires the sponsoring employer to bear in connection with the PERM labor-certification process cannot be shifted to the worker.

Trucking

Employer- Sponsored

CDL drivers sponsored for a Green Card by a U.S. carrier. Permanent residency, not a temporary work permit. The carrier sponsors your petition and you join their fleet on arrival.

Best for: Licensed CDL drivers with verifiable experience

Requires: CDL and driving history. No college degree.

Workforce

Employer- Sponsored

General and skilled labor sponsored for a Green Card across construction, manufacturing, food production, warehousing, and hospitality. A U.S. employer files your petition; you and your family receive permanent residency.

Best for: Workers ready to relocate permanently

Requires: No degree needed for most roles

Live Your Dream

Candidate-funded EB-3 participation model

Live Your Dream is a candidate-funded participation model within the employer-sponsored EB-3 process. A qualifying permanent U.S. job opportunity and employer sponsorship are still required.

Participants pay only disclosed program and applicant-side costs that may lawfully be charged to them. Costs that U.S. law requires the sponsoring employer to bear are not transferred to the worker.

Government processing times, visa availability, priority-date movement, and final decisions remain outside Visa Solutions’ control.

Best for: Workers prepared for the program’s disclosed candidate-side costs and a multi-year immigration process

Requires: Requirements vary by position. Many available roles do not require a college degree.

H-2B VISA - SEASONAL

Work a U.S. Season, Then Return Home

Legal seasonal work with U.S. employers in hospitality, landscaping, seafood processing, and construction. Your employer sponsors the visa, you work a defined season of up to 12 months, and you return home. Many workers are invited back year after year by the same employer.

This is not a path to a Green Card, and it is not meant to be. It is the right choice if you want to earn in the United States without relocating your life.

Best for: Workers who want U.S. earnings without permanent relocation
Requires: No degree needed. Willingness to return home at season’s end
Typical time to approval: 3–6 months, tied to the employer’s season start
TN-VISA - PROFESSIONAL, RENEWABLE

Professional Work for Mexican and Canadian Citizens

The TN visa is open only to citizens of Mexico and Canada working in qualifying professions — engineers, accountants, scientists, hotel managers, nurses, and other credentialed roles. It is renewable in three-year terms for as long as you continue to qualify, and it is one of the quicker routes to legal U.S. work.

TN does not lead directly to a Green Card. If permanent residency is your goal, EB-3 is the path — and a TN visa does not prevent you from pursuing one later.

Best for: Degreed professionals from Mexico or Canada
Requires: Mexican or Canadian citizenship, plus credentials in a qualifying profession
Typical time to approval: 3–6 months

What We Control and What We Don't

No private agency can guarantee a U.S. government processing date, visa availability date, or final immigration outcome. Here is the honest division.

We control:

  • How completely your case is prepared, and how fast it is filed
  • Matching you with a legitimate, vetted U.S. employer
  • Real contracts, real background checks, and no hidden fees
  • Keeping you informed at every stage — including when there is no news

We do not control:

  • USCIS and Department of Labor processing times
  • Consular interview scheduling and visa bulletin movement
  • Annual visa caps and per-country limits
  • The final decision on your case — that belongs to the U.S. government

Frequently Asked

What's the difference between your programs?

Trucking and Workforce use employer-sponsored EB-3 processes that may lead to lawful permanent residence if approved.

Live Your Dream also uses the employer-sponsored EB-3 process but follows a candidate-funded participation model for certain disclosed program and applicant-side costs.

H-2B is for temporary, non-agricultural employment with qualifying U.S. employers.

TN is temporary professional status for eligible citizens of Mexico and Canada working in qualifying USMCA professions.

It depends on your occupation, experience, qualifications, citizenship, and available employer opportunities.

Use the questionnaire at the top of this page to identify programs that may fit your profile. The questionnaire is a screening tool and does not constitute a legal determination of immigration eligibility.

Timing varies significantly by program and individual circumstances.

H-2B and TN timelines depend on factors including employer readiness, nationality, filing route, government processing, visa availability, and appointment scheduling.

EB-3 is generally a multi-year process. Timing may be affected by Department of Labor and USCIS processing, employer-specific steps, Visa Bulletin movement, country of chargeability, consular processing, and other case-specific factors.

Visa Solutions may provide estimates based on available government information and case circumstances, but no processing time, visa issuance date, permanent residence date, or final outcome can be guaranteed.
